Photograph all staff and create a staff board for the reception area and personalised ID badges for the whole team.
Delivery
A 2m panel for reception and 60x ID badges for all members of staff. Badges and Panel indicate who is first aid trained and who is on the safeguarding team.
Impact
New parents were able to put a face to a name, whilst speaking to the front desk at reception or waiting for their first parents evening.
