Design a token / currency system to reward pupils for arriving to school on time and in full uniform. Create a digital record of all children’s token balances. Currency can be spent in a school shop to buy items using their balance.

Two denominations of Kingsbank notes, 1 & 10. Children receive 1 note every day if they are on time and in full uniform. On Friday if they have 4x notes, a new golden note worth 10 is awarded. An online spreadsheet is used to keep balances updated.

Overall school attendance increased, less children late to class. Children wearing incorrect uniform decreased. Children learn about budgeting in the school shop – buy something now or save for a better gift next term.
