Design a Values Reward Scheme around the theme of ASPIRE. Aspiration, Sustainability, Perseverance, Imagination, Respect & Empathy.
Delivery
Six unique icons as stickers, a set of postcards to go home to parents when a pupil was rewarded and a set of school posters explaining the values in depth.
Impact
Pupils understood the values that were at the heart of the academy’s ethos. Parents loved the postcards sent congratulating their child on excelling in an academy value.
